Genusshotel Brienz - Brienz (Bern)

We loved the view from our room and the free breakfast. The friendly staff and economical room price made our stay comfortable. the proximity to the lake was a plus.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was very good, close to the Ballenberg outdoor museum and to the mountains.

In the promotion of the hotel it mentions that families with children are welcome, but our impression was that the personnel very much disliked children, which made our stay at the hotel fairly uncomfortable.

The hotel is located outside of Brinz with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains but within walking distance of all the shops in town. The breakfast buffet is great and the service we received from the hotel owner and staff was superb.

Spent Easter at a small hotel by the lake. Loved the charming room with partial lake view and the warm welcome by the staff. the location was a true gem, near the bike rental and outstanding scenery perfect for hiking. the wifi connection was surprisingly strong, and the free parking was a great plus for exploring the area by car.

Although breakfast was acceptable, the restaurant wasn't convenient and had limited menu choices. There was no air conditioning or fan provided, so it got a bit hot in the room during the night.

Brienz is a lovely town so being able to spend some time there was fantastic. The hotel had plenty of information about things to do in the area, which was useful. The room was nice and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel was well located and very comfortable. Room was very clean - just a little stain or mildew on bottom of shower curtain but otherwise it was spotless. Very nice restaurant for dinner and lovely breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was also very friendly.

This hotel was a little pricey - but everything in Switzerland is pricey!

the spacious room was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. the breakfast spread was wide and offered a delicious variety. On-site parking was convenient, and we loved the generous portions at the restaurant.

We noticed some issues with the service that could have been improved.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see both the mountains and the lake. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We loved the free breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to both the mountains and the lake, making it easy to explore the area.
